Starke Replenish Silica Spray

Replenish is an easy to use, carbon-infused SiO2 maintenance coating that can be used as a spray-on, hose off (Hydro) wipe-less application or spray-on, wipe off application.

Replenish is the easy maintenance step for Charleston boats: spray it on after a wash to top up your coating or sealant through the season.

Replenish is formulated with true nano technology that leaves the surface glassy and with extreme slickness.

Replenish is safe to use on gel coat, paint, metal, plastic and glass. This product can be used to thicken any ceramic coating or silica based sealant and should be applied every 1-3 months! Use more frequently in high profile areas. Can be layered for increased gloss and protection.

For hydro application, (larger surface areas) we recommend using a 1 gallon/liter pump sprayer to evenly distribute the coating. After hosing off the material, we recommend using a blower to remove any excess water. A rinse down with mineral free water will yield best results. Allow coating to dry and cure for 2 hours.

For spray on, wipe off application, simply mist formula onto a clean and cool surface. Work in material with one microfiber and remove excess with second clean microfiber always keeping second microfiber clean and dry. Ultra plush microfibers work best for removing excess.

How to Use Replenish

Hydro (Spray-On, Hose-Off) Application:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure the surface is clean and cool to the touch.
   • For large surface areas, use a 1-gallon/liter pump sprayer for even product distribution.

2. Application:

   • Spray Replenish evenly across the surface.
   • Immediately hose off the material thoroughly.

3. Drying:

   • Use a blower to remove excess water.
   • For optimal results, rinse with mineral-free water to reduce spotting.
   • Allow the coating to dry and cure for at least 2 hours before exposure to water or contaminants.

Spray-On, Wipe-Off Application:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and cool to the touch.

2. Application:

   • Lightly mist Replenish onto the surface.
   • Use a clean microfiber cloth to work the product into the surface.

3. Buffing:

   • Use a second clean, ultra-plush microfiber cloth to remove any excess product.
   • Ensure the second microfiber is always kept clean and dry for the best finish.

Additional Tips:

• Frequency: Apply every 1–3 months for maintenance, or more frequently in high-profile or heavily used areas.
• Layering: Replenish can be layered for increased gloss and protection.
