Renegade Safety Flanges are used during high-speed polishing and buffing with Airway Buffing Wheels. They help reduce warping of the wheel's center plate and keep the buffing wheel securely in place. Metal polishing shops run them on every grinder, and Renegade recommends them for anyone new to machine polishing. Renegade offers Safety Flanges for buffing wheels with or without center plates, so call us if you need help matching flanges to your wheels.

How to Use
- Place a flange on the grinder shaft
- Seat the buffing wheel on the flange, then place the second flange on top
- Fasten securely with a 5/8"-11 lock nut before buffing and cutting
